200 g tomater

4-6 halve tørrede tomater i olie eller langtidsbagte tomater

25 g valnødder

25 g parmesanost

4 fed hvidløg

20 g basilikumblade

 

Hak de to slags tomater og valnødderne. Bræk parmesanosten i mindre stykker og pres hvidløgene.

Riv basilikumbladene i mindre stykker og stød det hele godt i en morter eller purér pestoen i en blender. Pestoen må gerne være lidt grov i konsistensen.

Smag til med salt og peber og evt. et nip sukker.
